Sometimes that’s a complete restoration or a new design-build project, but often is a phased project to save your piece of history and make it work for generations to come.
Here’s what to expect:
- It Starts with a Conversation Our Customer Care Representatives love to hear about your projects, get your information and begin the process.
- Initial Concept & Site Visit Our Sales Consultants are here to listen and dream with you. We want to understand your goals and answer any questions.
- Budgeting & Scope Development A brief summary and good-faith estimate following the site visit confirms the scope of work. A signed Letter of Intent will secure your position on our schedule.
- Design & Engineering This is where the details come to life; roofing, siding, doors and material decisions for all aspects of the project are confirmed. Drawings and permits as needed.
- Proposal & Contract A complete project proposal with details, options and timing finalizes the project. A deposit is due with the signed contract.
- Schedule & Planning Communication is key even as we plan, order materials and prepare for your project you will get updates along the way.
- Construction A dedicated Project Manager will oversee your project beginning with a Pre-Con meeting all the way through completion.
