How do we make it?
With a mixture of old-world techniques (like mortise and tenon peg joinery) and modern tools, our craftsmen create one-of-a-kind pieces that retain the character of the barn wood while giving it new purpose. No two pieces are exactly alike.
Barn wood vs. reclaimed wood furniture–what’s the difference?
Barn wood furniture retains a more rustic look. The face of the barn wood is often incorporated into the piece itself.
A reclaimed piece is more refined. It’s sanded and planed. However, historic construction and a natural finish ensure that reclaimed wood pieces remain authentic and distinct.

Sometimes people choose not to preserve the barn on their property. Our craftsmen are saving parts and pieces of those barns so that once again this special wood can serve you on into the future.
Now if wood needs to be replaced during a barn restoration, that wood can be brought back to the shop, made into tables, and taken back to the restored barn. From a barn floor to a tabletop!
